How good are Dos leads?
At Dos, we take great pride in the quality of our clients and continuously strive to provide our clients with the best possible clients.
We have a rigorous process for sourcing and verifying most of our clients using AI. Sometimes, we show clients whom we didn't have the chance to verify. You can hide them using the Lead Settings. We have three types of clients:
- Qualified: We called them to confirm their contact details and willingness to spend money hiring an immigration lawyer.
- Verified: We confirmed that their contact details are correct with an SMS.
- Approved: We didn't confirm their contact details or willingness to pay for a lawyer.

What is Dos' Credit Return Policy?
To ensure accuracy, we kindly request all new customers to verify their contact details upon placing a request. Consequently, we facilitate credit returns exclusively in cases where the contact information provided is incorrect, assuming it's a human error from our side.
We don't process credit returns under the following circumstances:
- We've refunded you more than 10% of your purchased credits.
- The client has hired another lawyer. Our "Exclusive Contact" feature allows lawyers to be the only ones talking to clients.
- The client changes their mind and decides not to hire a lawyer. The prices reflect the likelihood of the client hiring a lawyer through the question "How likely are you to hire a lawyer"
- The phone number is valid, but the client does not answer. The prices reflect the likelihood of the client picking up the phone through Qualified, Verified, and Approved.
We promptly process credit returns requested within 5 working days from the purchase of the lead if it matches any of the following circumstances:
- The phone number given is invalid, for instance, if it says, "calls cannot be connected to this number."
- The contact information provided does not belong to the individual making the request.
- The client is requesting a service different from what is mentioned in the lead details.
- The client is looking for a free service, such as free assistance from a legal aid solicitor, but this wasn't clearly mentioned in the lead.
