We used Karen Smart to do the conveyancing to sell our house and buy a new one. The service was amazing throughout the whole process, we were always kept upto date with stages. Karen was super quick to reply to emails and nothing was ever an issue. I believe the cost to be phenomenal value for money aswell, considering the work that goes on in the background. I believe they are one of the most cost effective in Inverness which is a big bonus at a time like this. Would absolutely recommend Karen Smart and A. Fraser solicitors.

A particular mention must go to Karen Smart, the Director of Residential Conveyancing, who oversaw the process.
