This is the second time I have used Sophie when moving house. Highly recommended, Sophie is efficient, fantastic communication from Sophie and great at getting the answers I needed. Sophie replies very quickly, and always picks up the phone (even outside office hours!) I will use again and I recommend Sophie to all my friends and family if they need are conveyancing solicitor.

I am currently living in th U.S. and wanted to buy a 2nd property in Scotland. Sophie answered all my questions prior to the purchase and continued to be available over a fairly lengthy search (years). When I finally found a suitable property, Sophie handled all the details and I was able to get through the process from initial offer to closing painlessly without having to be there in person. All her communications were prompt, clear, and professional. I will definitely be calling on A.S. Wagner for future legal services.
