This is the second time I’ve used A1 Solicitors, first for immigration matters and now for family matters, and both experiences have been excellent. Mrs Faizza and her team go above and beyond. Her communication is outstanding, often updating me outside office hours, and she genuinely cares about her clients rather than treating them like case numbers. My divorce was completed quickly and smoothly with no unnecessary stress. Their fees are fair and competitive, with no hidden costs or pressure. I highly recommend A1 Solicitors and will continue to use them.

I went to a1 solicitors yesterday to sort out my signature declaration. I really do not recommended ! If you’re told an appointment time, the appointment should be at that time or at-least 5-10 minutes later. The solicitor didn’t even come out of her meeting she was in to quickly just tell us what information we needed. Which I found extremely unprofessional! We were waiting there for 30 minutes & all the information they needed I had. The poor receptionist, who was a nice lady had to keep going to ask her what we needed to know. It clearly stated in black & white all the information that was needed. We were asked to wait about 20 minutes for the solicitor to finish and then speak to her. However, we could not wait. We also would have been told the same thing about not enough information. I even said that this is extremely unprofessional! When I called about this situation, I was told it was going to be dealt with. It was a complete waste of time & travel! Absolutely do not recommend! We were told we’d get an email to discuss what additional information they may need. Which in my eyes they didn’t! & we didn’t even get one. Update to comment below! This is how I know you did not take the time at all to help. You have stated it was a passport issue… my documents clearly stated it was a birth certificate & you still left no email

Unfortunately, my experience with this solicitor was disappointing. I reached out for assistance with my case, but they declined to look into it. When I politely asked if there was a reason for this decision, I received no response at all. I understand that not every case can be taken on, but I would have appreciated a bit more communication and clarity. A simple explanation would have gone a long way. EDIT: I will not be removing my review. I contacted your office again on Monday, and it’s now Thursday, I’ve still not received any explanation as to why my case was not considered suitable, even for a paid consultation. A simple email stating that the claim was too low for your liking would have been enough. I’m unsure where the lack of care stems from, but something clearly needs improvement. Ignoring clients, whether current or potential, is both rude and unprofessional. I hope you take this feedback seriously and do better in the future. Regards.
