I had a great experience getting my daughter's college diploma notarised. Andrew Caplen was very responsive, helpful, attentive to our needs and situation, and did the job at a very good cost. The process was quick, professional, and hassle-free. We were explained everything clearly, and all documents were handled right first time. I decided to use Ables when purchasing my property and couldn’t have been more than happy with the service they provided. Upon selling my property I decided to use them again. I could not have been more that impressed with the service Mr H Poswall provided, in what turned out to be a very challenging sale. The professionalism I experienced was second to none, and the communication and advice I was given was excellent. I would not hesitate to use Ables again in the future.

What an absolute joke!! Having bought and sold many properties my experience with Haashim Poswall at Abels Solicitors has been the worst by a country mile. A straightforward uncomplicated purchase of a vacant property took easily twice as long as it should due to atrocious communication on his part. For example 3 weeks to respond to one simple email! No excuse in this day and age for poor tardy communication which in turn affects all parties involved. Shame on you. I urge any folk reading this to save yourselves the time and stress caused from this cowboy outfit and instead use a professional that will meet your requirements.

I did eventually get a call back, 24 hours dater my previous post. Managed to get seen too and got what I needed signed. The dacor is rather dated and seems to be a bit messy, including the main office area. The welcome area is coded so you have to wait outside until someone comes and gets you, but only by an appointment. The staff were friendly and approachable. If you're looking for a declaration to be signed then it's easier enough to get one here.
