I have been extremely impressed with the level of professionalism, expertise and care they provided by Meran and Account-i. From our first meeting, it was clear they truly know their field and take the time to understand each client’s unique situation. Communication has always been prompt, clear, and friendly—no question ever feels too small or inconvenient. Answers are provided in a straightforward, easy to understand way. Another excellent year with Account-i, who provided a high level of professionalism, expertise and advice. A special mention to my dedicated accountant, Meran Saghir, who has continually supported me and my company. Meran understood my needs and would call me to keep in touch. He was always there to answer my queries and was clear with his communication. Meran was always patient and ensured I understood things that I was unsure of. VAT submissions and end-of-year financial returns are always delivered before the deadline. There is always someone in the team who will pick up my calls and responds to my emails when Meran is out-of-office, so I do not have to wait. I would highly recommend Account-i as your go-to accountancy services. A huge WELL DONE again to Meran and his team.
