Most unprofessional company I have ever come across. Phone calls and emails are ignored. Exchange and completion deadlines on property purchase are continuously missed as these guys fail to do the basics in conveyancing causing stress on the chain. House sale took over 6 weeks longer than it should and nearly risked the chain collapsing as Sunil sat on responses, failed to request mortgage funds and neglected countless scheduled appointments. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Sunil Bajoori is currently acting on behalf of the Buyer of my property, he is always "working from home" which for some reason means he is not contactable other than by email which he does not respond to even when marked as Urgent! My solicitors and Estate agent have been trying to contact him for a week with no reply. He is about to cost his Client the purchase of my house and since they are in Rented accommodation and their lease is up, they are about to become homeless. All because he does not respond to emails or make any attempt to do his job properly. We were due to exchange 2 days ago and complete in 4 days. Looks incredibly unlikely at this point and will end up costing all in the chain financially and mentally! Extremely Unprofessional!

The managing partner was acting for the buyer of our property. Our sale dragged on for months because he simply did not respond to emails, and his phone number would just ring out every time. Responses came between midnight and 5am and were often rude and lacking any sort of clarity or resolution. The firm is not on the panel for one of the major lenders, which means extra authorisation steps have to be taken leading to further delay. Ultimately, 4+ months into our sale, everything fell through as this solicitor had not carried out the AML checks that we were told had already been satisfied, and it transpired that our buyer couldn’t legitimately afford our property. His lack of professionalism has had devastating results, don’t make the same mistake our buyers did.

Buying and selling a house is stressful. Acculegal made our home sale experience 100x more stressful than it should have been. Our home move was delayed by weeks/months because of this solicitor. He was acting for the person buying our home. We had multiple reports our buyer could not reach the solicitor via phone or email. Our own solicitor attempted to call him over 20 times - and never got an answer or a returned call. Just when you think things are moving - silence, for days. He even dropped the news he’s going on holiday for 10 days right when we wanted to exchange, with complete disregard for the people in the chain, the costs we were all incurring and the disruption he was causing. I recommend you to find a recommended solicitor before trusting this company with your home move.

Never dealt with such rude and unprofessional individuals. This company and especially Sunil should be avoided at all costs. Difficult to get a hold of and very slow to respond to queries and issues. Spend your money elsewhere and hire a proper conveyancing firm unlike the buyers of our home have done....constant delays and we've been ready on our related purchase since the middle of June...
