I was a potential new client. They messed me about in setting up a call to discuss my requirements. Finally after I had chased them twice over the course of a week, a call was arranged for 3pm and they finally emailed me at 3.45pm to say they were running late and would call shortly. I then get an email from the Founder and Owner of the business at 4.15pm saying they had decided they couldn't help. What a complete waste of my time. If they treat a potential new client like that I wonder how they treat existing clients and how they manage to keep them.
