Incompetent an ignore their clients. I have been chasing Kieran Sandhu for information they missed out on my TA6 property report. I have been chasing this for 5 months to no avail. He is now ignoring my contacts so will be raising the issue with the ombudsman.

Absolutely shocking would give minus stars if I could! We have been dealing with them for nearly 5 months now on a no chain sale. The communication has been appalling and all they do is lie! Riana and Kiran have been dreadful and lied to us throughout the whole thing and when I tried to make a complaint they gave an ultimatum of either pausing the sale for a further 8 weeks or continuing without making a complaint! We are going to be homeless if our buyer pulls out and we have stressed this to them but they do not care! We will absolutely be going to the ombudsman about this company and I would recommend people to avoid this place at all costs!
