I approached Adam Bernard Solicitors during one of the most vulnerable times in my life. I paid for a consultation yet what I received was a last minute, rushed consultation and no clear legal opinion. I was also asked to share the next response I receive, on my case. I shared the response the following day. Instead of giving legal advice, compassion and reassurance, I was quoted £1,320 without clarification. This led me to question the lawyer; Adam Bernard’s eventually admitted they didn’t believe my case was straightforward and had a solid legal basis on paper. Now, how can a firm justify quoting such a sum while simultaneously suggesting the case lacks merit? That contradiction speaks for itself and leads me to believe they are only interested in money! They were prepared to take my money, in hope that I pay blindly. The experience felt completely transactional, lacking compassion or genuine support. If you’re looking for a solicitor who will genuinely fight for you, understand the gravity of your situation, and give honest, thorough legal guidance, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.
