From initial contact and subsequent appointments with advisor Chris and the back office support from Rebecca and Joanne, the whole process was smooth, quick and efficiently handled. We were taken through all the options open to us, their advantages and potential downsides and then helped to come to the best decision for us. Once that was made, the completion was effortless using the recommended legal firm and we have to say we were totally surprised (pleasantly) about how long it (didn’t) take to get the funds in our account. Excellent, totally joined up and really nice to deal with.
