Being aware of friends and acquaintances passing away, some suddenly and others prolonged, it was time to focus on what happens upon our own demise. We researched and my wife and I were referred to AHJ Wills. Upon contacting them, Andrew visited and explained the procedures required for the most efficiently crafted wills but also Lasting Powers of Attorney. The interview was friendly, professional and highly informative considering it's a subject so many shy away from, however its need is inevitable. Andrew also advised on a system that safeguarded as much of our estate as possible given the current government rules and regulations. This ensured that the surviving partner retained the best tenure and control of our assets. The upshot is, our wills and perhaps more importantly for peace of mind, our LPAs in respect of finance and of health are satisfactorily in place. I cannot stress enough the peace of mind it gives to have your 'ducks in a row' and the angst removed. My wife and I can unequivocally recommend Andrew's company for a friendly, professional and efficient service, at a reasonable cost.
