Far from impressd. I spoke to a gentleman called Zaheb. It was agreed that I would send him a summary of a rat infestation in my rented flat by email as my landlord refused to accept the resposability.I felt I had a good claim for compensation. I requested confirmation of receipt of email the from the gentleman at Alexander Shaw Solicitors on 3 occassions. NOT EVEN THE DECENTCY TO REPLY !! Time wasters. Beware.
