Ian has represented me since 2021 and has been thorough, reassuring and knowledgeable. He brought hope at a very dark time, and helped with all aspects of my case. Julie Barnes took over when Ian left last year and since then has provided me with excellent service and encouragement. She has worked very hard to ensure myself and my family received the best possible service.

Lisa and Bradley were amazing through start to finish and even now, are still very helpful through the final stages, which they don’t necessarily have to do. Would absolutely recommend Lisa and Bradley to any fellow dog lover having complications, brilliant service and lovely people. 12/10

Then the wonderful lisa Rowley came to our rescue Nothing was too much trouble,gave her support & advice through everything & explained each step clearly Lisa is top dog of the xl bully ban rules & procedure This lady doesnt mess about Lisa saved our dog sonny's life We will forever be grateful to her We are overjoyed with happiness for our dogs long awaited return home All legal,boxes ticked,Excemption,insurance,microchip,court case won!!! Cannot thank Ned enough for his hard work in achieving a positive outcome for us yesterday. Ned was extremely professional, knowledgeable and an overall really friendly guy.
