I have experienced bad customer service despite I paid full application fees. After I got the final court order, they have lost my passport documents between their office and Home office and ask me to chase them for lost documents instead do that for the service I paid for. Also, I have requested a copy of my submitted application and been told they lost the data on their computers, which was not convenient to me believe. In general people were nice and polite in speaking, but I was looking for a professional service and more listening.

I had a very disappointing experience with Mr. Naseer. I paid £150 for an eVisa service, but he failed to add my passport to the process. When my passport arrived, I went to his office, left a message, and called, but he promised to contact me later and never did. I don’t recommend his services – he took my money but didn’t provide the full service. It seems like they take advantage of customers, and I suspect they’re pocketing extra money for personal expenses. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience.

This review is solely for Yasser Sarwar! Where do I begin?……I instructed this gentlemen 24-hours prior to the commencement of my court trial. Firstly, I would like to state, most lawyers will not take on a complicated litigation case at such short notice, it’s literally unheard of! Not only did he grasp my case, which has been brewing over the last 6months but he prepared for it meticulously. Even a qualified barrister with a vast amount of experience wouldn’t have measured up to Yasser. This man is Harvey Specter from the TV show Suits! The way in which he turned up, well prepared and went into that court room and turned things around has left me speechless. I am still in shock with the outcome. I call him the hybrid, as he is a solicitor but has rights to audience as a barrister would. My case was set for a two day trial but within 5hours, my case had concluded and I walked out with a payout which is double the amount I had anticipated. Admittedly, my case had so many deficiencies but this man done a complete 180 for me. He is reliable, honest and conducts his work with integrity! He advocated for me in such a way that’s unmatched and did his due diligence in making sure I came out with the best results and I did. During my litigation process I had come across a lot of solicitors/barristers, so I have been able to understand who is well versed in their profession. I have to say the attention to detail and the knowledge Yasser displayed was second to none. His prices are the best on the market I can promise you that. I have told him, I have signed up to a lifetime membership with him going forward! I cannot thank him enough!
