Although I was prepared to ignore & overlook the first mistake on preparing our LPA I wasn't prepared for the many other mistakes encountered during this process i.e. DOB, address, spelling of name, incorrect Postcode & finally our LPA was sent TWICE to the incorrect address. I then retrieved this LPA from the incorrect address but have only ever managed to obtain the one , who knows where the other one went. Very disappointed in this service from what I thought was a reputable firm of solicitors.
