I have used Nigel Mills 3 times now over the last 7 years or so, all my family use him too for their property purchases, Nigel is the go to Conveyancer in my family! I am always extremely happy with the service Nigel provides, he’s attention to detail and personable approach to the buying and selling process. Nigel has been able to get two purchases through very quickly for me the last few years, he is aware I battle with a disability which makes my need for a suitable home paramount, needing a smooth transition between sale and purchase. Which he has always made sure to make happen which really has made my life considerably better, I’m now in my forever home which meets all my health requirements and in an accessible location. Amicus took a huge amount of the stress out of conveyancing, especially when unexpected things cropped up.
