Probably one of the worst law firms we’ve ever dealt with. Absolutely appalling service from start to finish. This firm is disorganised, unresponsive, and completely lacking in professionalism. We were left in the dark for weeks at a time, with emails and calls ignored, and zero accountability from the partner Amir Butt himself! Basic tasks were delayed or outright forgotten, costing me both time and money. They showed no urgency, no respect for deadlines, and no regard for the stress they caused. We almost lost our house due to this, and Amir simply did not care. It honestly felt like he was doing us a favour by even acknowledging our case — despite charging premium rates for a service that was beyond subpar. If you’re looking for competent, reliable legal support, avoid ANB law firm at all costs. This was a complete waste of time, money, and trust. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Definitely recommend working with Imran and his team to anyone looking for support with property related areas. He was brilliant from start to finish with our Licence to Alter process. We'd certainly come back to him for anything property related in the future.

Have been using ANB Law for 8 years. Have got first class service. Tracey and her colleagues are amazing. There will be issues with any purchase or sale and unfortunately all the anger is vented to the solicitors! Will use ANB Law anytime and reccomend them too.

It's incredibly frustrating and devastating when a law firm's actions, or lack thereof, lead to such a serious loss. Lost Property Due to Complete Lack of Professionalism I hired ANB LAW handle a property transaction, and it was a catastrophic mistake. Their service was not just poor; it was negligent. The firm demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism from the very beginning. They repeatedly failed to return my calls and emails, leaving me in the dark on critical updates. Their negligence culminated in them. As a direct result of this failure, our property transaction collapsed, and I lost the property. This was not a simple oversight. It was a complete disregard for their duties and my case. This firm’s actions have caused significant financial and personal distress. I would urge anyone considering their services to look elsewhere.
