Roxanne has been absolutely amazing from day one. She is kind, caring and extremely supportive. She knew my case inside and out and I felt so reassured to have her sit next to me in the court room. She responded to all of my emails promptly and whenever I spoke to her on the phone she was brilliant. Ella who works alongside Roxanne is also absolutely fantastic and again has been wonderful. I couldn't have asked for a better team to have been by side, I undoubtedly will be requiring further legal advice in the near future and will not be using any other solicitor.

I had the pleasure of having Amanda Page support and represent me during what has been a very difficult time. Amanda is extremely professional, knowledgeable, understanding, supporting and likeable. I always felt as though she understood my situation and gave excellent, calm and reassuring advice. She is also supported be equally capable colleagues such as Arron and Francseca. Do not waste your money with this company! I was stopped from seeing my children and didn’t know where to turn until I was told about Andrew Isaac’s and then I thought there was hope. I was told lies from the start saying it wouldn’t be long until I had contact. 2 and a half years later I finally got my final court hearing and had to use a barrister that was nothing to do with Andrew Isaac’s and luckily my ex partner had agreed to let me have contact as the barrister told me I’d of had no chance after Amanda telling me all the way through I’d have every chance and I was winning!! They put things on my invoice I never even asked for, each month was a struggle not being able to see my children then getting invoices for things I’d not asked for totalling thousands of pounds. Then towards the end because I am self employed work dried up and I’d told Aaron this on multiple occasions but still proceeded to take me court and now I have a county court judgement on my credit score! They are seriously not bothered about the horrible situation you’re in all they care about is the money they are taking from you and not to mention the director of the company disclosing private information with my partners mother as she works for her! I’d stay well away from this company if you’re wanting a family solicitor. That is just a few of the many invoices I received. Also Francesca did most of the work but I was charged Amanda’s rate which also isn’t right!

I needed removing from a charge covering a home i brought with my ex girlfriend I would highly recommend Andrew Issacs for those needing them in similar situations to my own. Ella Waller & Roxanne Woolliams did a brilliant job helping me with my case Nothing like a solicitors poking your ex with a stick until they do the right thing and get you off the mortgage liability :)
