Joe Healy helped me recover a nearly £2k debt from a former client of mine who would not pay me 6 months. Joe was very prompt, clear and willing to discuss a matter until the practicalities of any approach were clear. The debt collection service provided by Andrew Jackson was a very cost effective way of making sure I got paid for the work I did. I would never again be so anxious about challenging a client who does not pay.

DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR FAMILY LAW Withholding monies with no reasons given, same response every time you ask for an update, do not answer emails promptly then when they do they do not answer what you ask of them, have never returned a call back yet! Would not recommend unless you want stress, anxiety and to be frustrated with no answers.

Joe Healy Trainee Solicitor acting on the behalf of Andrew Jackson Solicitors is not the person you can trust. His communication is really bad. It is a shame that he wasted over 2 months of our time! At first he confirmed that he will be undertaking our case and after nearly 2.5 months he emailed us that he feels that Andrew Jackson Solicitors do not have the capacity to give this matter the attention our matter deserves. This is awful
