I engaged this practise to prepare business T&Cs. I did not know that the person preparing the documents was part time. Whenever I emailed, I would receive an out of office reply. I had to remind the person about new GDPR and to insert an appropriate clause! While it took oh so long for them to prepare the document, for remember the fee earner was part time, they were oh so prompt at issuing their invoice. Would I engage them again; absolutely not.

Sought out help, called at 10 am was called back at 5 promised a call at 9am. Call never came through. If you want someone responsive look elsewhere
