Absolutely outrageous had an appointment booked for 2 weeks with an 85 year old who had to arrange a caregiver for his wife . I had to take to take him in between chemotherapy sessions with a 9month old baby to get told they have changed the appointment to the next day without even telling the client. Disgusting and not even apologised!!! Avoid at all cost And as for the reply i was not the client but i was paying the bill for an 85 year old man the response says everything!! NO apology was given and as they only had my contact details they never informed me , mistakes happen in business its how there handled but a solicitor who still uses a old fashioned diary and not a computer is obviously why mistakes happen. As a multiple business owner they did me a huge favour as not only found a real solicitor who's doing the exact same job but for half the price quoted by this firm !!! Also lost out probably on 6 figures worth of work to a real law firm . When we arrived we were told we didn’t eveb have an appointment and that i was mistaken or at the wrong law firm ?. then found a old diary by the way with 0 appointments apart from mine and to be told she had rearranged. Because obviously i would drag an 85 year old out at in the cold arranged carers for his wife and drag a 9 month old baby to an appointment that was rearranged !!! Again no empathy or apology given just rude . Plus the way the owner was dressed with a belt and clothes that didn’t even fit with home made holes in the belt. The offices have dirt cheap temporary signs above the door and poorly outfitted and all this from someone charging the public 100 s of pounds an hour to be abused . I wish you and your wife a merry Christmas and hope you learn how to treat human beings let alone clients in the future. Cant thank you enough for the treatment no wonder not single appointment in your dairy when you finally found my appointment after telling me for 5 minutes that i was mistaken and not a single phone rang in all the time we were abused and rudely treated and all in expectation of me paying £175 an hour !! Can tell you my solicitor in another area the phone never stops and when you have appointments the next day says everything !!
