I had the pleasure of instructing Michael Phillips to be sons solicitor. He helped advise him, attended police interviews, and crown court. I needed legal advice as I was in the position of having 9 points on my licence, received a summons for speeding in 30MPH area from a static Gatso camera and I knew I had another 30MPH speeding case coming up, caught on a hand held laser device. As I was in danger of losing my licence for 6 months I sought profession legal advice to explore my options. I was recommended to Mr Haine, who after an initial discussion, I instructed to defend the charges against me at both High Wycombe and Reading Magistrates' courts. Following Mr Haine's advice, his familiarity in the court process and dealing with the prosecution I decided to challenge both alleged offences. His presenece and handling of both cases in court miraculously led to both offences being dropped and the retention of my licence. I can't thank Mr Haine enough, highly recommended.
