Michael represented my father in an appeal against a decision by the DVLA to remove my father’s driving licence on medical grounds. As a Pastor and missionary to the UK and Wales, Michael Phillips, his helper Mishma and his barrister Kathryn Lane, took on a most difficult and impossible case. I was very unsure of its outcome as it was a very heart rending case involving loved ones. I had an issue with the DVLA after having a medical issue and they revoked my licence for 6 months. I wasnt getting anywhere with the DVLA so decided to contact Andrew Storch Solicitors and was allocated Michael Phillips to represent me and take on my case. The plan was to get my licence back at the end of the 6 month period without further delays and with Michaels expertise this has happened. Michael was very good and talked me through the process and kept me informed all of the way. This is a very professional company and take away all of the stress as they have the availability to contact the right people and departments and get feedback so much quicker than is possible for ourselves. I cant thank Michael enough for the final result and look forward to driving again in the new year

If you have a driving licence issue use Michael Phillips of Andrew Storch Solicitors, you may well not like what you are told but the advise given will not be beaten, so stick with it if you want to win. Michael may be deem by you to be aggravating and annoying with his professional views on your situation but I have found him always to be 100% right in those views. I say this after travelling the path or journey on which you are about to embark. If you want a yes person that just wants as much money off you as they can get, you need another solicitor, because this is not Michael Phillips, he is there to win for you and you will not get better.
