I cannot believe this man is in business ! He was supposed to look after my in-laws estate who they employed before they died . Rarely answers his phone or emails and gives very little information, it took two years to finalise things for no apparent reason and still the family have not had a breakdown of the accounts. I would not recommend to anyone .

My parents renewed their wills and power of attorney with this company and myself and my family wished they hadn't. It was very clear after my father pasted away in 2021 there was no reading of father's will. Mother passed away 2023. My uncle and sister was executive of the will company never once spoke to them. It was a long winded process. We switched to another company to complete mothers probate which went smoothly. Cost for dad's work was over priced and the final itemised bill was a joke charging for work I've done on the phone myself. If this is to be an unfair assessment of events would like to hear feedback and I will try to be clearer.

Absolutely appalled by the service provided. They never followed up paperwork, had to change solicitors numerous times and I have a case open from 2020, that they still haven’t completed. Paid over £3000 for a service that they haven’t provided. Always attempt to send emails and call them but they never reply and never answer. Please stay away from this
