Will Sharpe has been an absolutely amazing Broker for us for both our first purchase and now for the purchase of our second home, despite issues with my self employment, my change of roles and our origional property purchase falling through. Will has been keeping his finger on the pulse for us from the start and throughout the whole process, now, nearly 100 emails later and numerous hours/days that Will has been working on our account, we now finally have our move date and can't thank Will enough for his effort, he has been one of the very few links in the chain of professionals we have used for our move that has been consistant and that has surpassed our expectations, answering emails at anytime of day with lightning speed, highly professional responses that a layman like myself can easily understand. We came to Will Sharpe at Annetts and Orchard as first-time buyers after he was highly recommended to us. Will’s professionalism, knowledge and quick responses put us at ease straight away. Will provided us options for the very best deals directly from providers that we wouldn’t have been able to get ourselves, and out of anyone we worked with in our house buying process Will was the absolute best - I couldn’t recommend him enough. He relayed all the detailed information in a very helpful and concise way, and was really quick with chasing up mortgage and insurance providers directly for anything we needed to check too. He’s literally the only bit of our first home buying process that went smoothly and was a really good experience. A brilliant asset to Annetts and Orchard!

Me and my partner first started looking into buying our first home just under a year ago and used Will Sharpe of A&O for our mortgage needs. Will at every point of contact over the year responded like we were his main concern even if we hadn't spoken for a couple of months, he explained everything in great detail and we never felt we couldn't ask a question no matter how small or potentially obvious. He responds very quickly and made sure we always had the information we needed. Overall we would 100 percent recommend him. We will definitely be using Annetts and Orchard again in the future.

It is difficult to convey the quality of service my partner and I have received from Will Sharpe, Mortgage & Protection Adviser at Annetts & Orchard during the recent purchase of our house. Over the last six months he has provided us faultless advice in a timely fashion; no question has seemed too much trouble for him to answer. Our financial situation changed multiple times in the course of trying to buy our property: each time required Will to update our mortgage estimations. He never implied it was too much trouble or beyond our original agreement and both my partner and I are in no doubt that we were able to buy this property because of the support and guidance we were given by Will. We absolutely cannot rate him highly enough: he is a credit to his profession.
