I engaged this law firm on a friend’s recommendation, trusting it was based on experience. In hindsight, it felt more about gaining brownie points within a networking club than ensuring I received good legal support. From the start, I committed substantial legal fees and hundreds of hours of legal work. The lead solicitor agreed to a fixed hourly rate, fully aware it was a High Court matter. Yet later, she tried to raise the rate — despite knowing this from the beginning — and when challenged, she passed me off to a junior solicitor at the same rate. To be clear, the junior staff were professional and courteous. My concerns are with the leadership. I felt in-genuine claims were made, and that my solicitor lacked transparency, fairness, and accountability. Just days before a key hearing, the barrister they recommended flagged flaws in my statement, forcing a last-minute rewrite. I was charged again for this work. When I later raised concerns and asked for a small discount, there was no acknowledgment. The firm strongly encouraged me to concede jurisdiction, despite my objections. In hindsight, this mainly served their interests: by keeping the case in the UK, they stayed involved and continued billing through several proceedings. Had jurisdiction remained where it belonged, their involvement could have ended. Even the experienced firm I had retained in the original jurisdiction was puzzled by the decision. I trusted this firm's advice — and regrettably, it served them more than me. In the end, I was left feeling somewhat misled and financially drained. I cannot recommend this firm to anyone — particularly not for more technical matters or cases with a foreign element, as they lack the necessary experience.

Highly recommend Ansham White. They guided me through a difficult divorce process and were sure to always have my best intentions in mind. Extremely professional and their guidance ensured that my process was kept as short as possible, and always considered my best interests. They were also very easy to get hold of whenever I needed to talk to them in between scheduled appointments - usually on the same day itself. 100% recommend this firm, especially Omair and Yumna - a dynamic duo that will always give their all for you.

I cannot recommend Ansham White highly enough. Divorce is never good and mine was particularly stressful, so having Omair and Yumna there to provide help and reassurance throughout the process was invaluable. They always felt totally engaged in my case while keeping my costs to a minimum, and achieved an outcome much in advance of my expectations.

I have just finished instructing this firm on a contested probate matter and was outstanded by the service received.
