Rang for advice and support about providing a service for me. The man who rang back was extremely condescending and rude, didn’t listen at all and was aggressive in his questioning. I do not recommend

I called to get housing advice as I was looking to be represented by a firm. However half way through explaining my situation I was told I would need to contact a company that accepts legal aid. I found this judgmental and very discriminative considering I work and would not qualify for legal aid. Would not use.
