I can recommended them without any reservations especially if you are lucky to have Nicola Roughton as your conveyancer/solicitor. She is dedicated, professional and above all friendly. She gets things done and works hard for you. If all the other members of the firm are the same as Nicola then you can be 100% confident of an excellent service.

Buying your first house is a tedious and honestly terrifying process, and we went into it with a lot of fear. We were initially assigned Amber, who seemed great, but she left the company partway through. Then Mon (Monowar Husan) stepped in, and from day one he completely shifted the tone of the entire experience. We had never even heard the voice of our previous solicitor, and Mon immediately picked up the phone, introduced himself, and reassured us that he was on it. That call alone already made us feel like we were in safe hands. Over the next couple of months, he was everything you hope for in a solicitor but almost never get: genuinely responsive, patient with our many calls, clear in his explanations, and always acting with our best interests front and center. At every stage, we felt supported rather than stressed. I honestly feel lucky that our case landed with Mon. So many people come out of this process with horror stories, and we came out feeling grateful. If Mon is your solicitor, you’ve struck gold. Mon, thank you for your patience, your clarity, and for making such a stressful journey feel less intimidating!!

If I could have , I would have put zero stars on this review, but unfortunately I had to put one . I won’t write a long winded review… According to APL website there conveyancing process is … stress-free , quick and easy and you get a dedicated conveyancer from start to finish . In reality you will get none of these things . What you actually get is … delays after delays , unbelievable incompetence ( and blame others for their failures) You won’t get a dedicated conveyancer from start to finish ( they will change your conveyancer , and only inform you after they done this ) You will get ignored emails and voicemails . Over a 3 day period I made over 22 telephone calls and numerous emails to APL , without a response or reply . Good luck with talking to your conveyancer, they NEVER answer the phone . My recommendation would be to do some due diligence if you are thinking of using APL services . And I would take a pinch of salt with the 5 Star reviews on Trustpilot , just go over to Google or Yell and look at reviews on there . In over 20 years in property , I have never come across company that treats their paying customers with such contempt and disregard .
