We saw the advertisement for April King and called for a brochure to read about the services, we were very impressed and booked an appointment of the free 1hour consultation. When we spoke to there representative who asked what we needed in our wills. It was discussed and sorted out to our wishes. When the wills were done we had another meeting and all of the legal jargon was explained in proper English which we understood more easily. Thanks for a great service. B/J - B

An excellent and professional service.. We wanted to update our wills and April King were recommended to us. Paul understood our requirements, using examples to ensure everything was clear, and guided us through the process in professional manner. He was able to suggest the correct clauses to include in our wills and on receipt Elise walked us through each clause to ensure everything was understood. “We’ve worked hard all our lives, why should the local authority get it all?” Translation: “we didn’t want to pay for our old backsides to be wiped, we wanted the taxpayer to pay instead. That’s why we went to these sleazy lawyers; a few signatures on their grubby documents, and we’re all sorted!” Disgusting.

I wanted to write a will for some time now but had always delayed it thinking that it is a complex and daunting task, but Paul guided us through it in an easy and professional manner. He understood my requirements quickly and was able to suggest the correct clauses to include in the Will. From the initial phone call to the first video call with Catriona, the whole process was very professional. Catriona was both knowledgeable and so pleasant to talk to. Catriona explained everything thoroughly and checked to ensure that we understood it all. I provided all the information needed and as a result, our draft documents arrived a week later. We then had time to review them before our next video call several weeks later. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase but I did anyway because as well as a first class service, the price was very competitive. From the initial video call to the arrival of our ‘proper’ documents, everything was absolutely first class. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and in fact have given their details to several others since.
