Used Ashfords whilst buying our first home and they’ve been faultless. Jasmine & Lucy were a massive help throughout the whole process, never had to chase them for information and was always told what to expect for the next stage. Will 100% use them in the future. Thank you very much!

We had a bit of a challenging house sale (for reasons totally separate to anything Ashfords did), but Libby, Karhys, Sandra, Jodie, and the rest of the team supported us throughout. I was pleasantly surprised at how personable the service could be, in fact - we'd picked Ashfords knowing they were a larger firm and assuming we might be trading friendliness for efficiency, but in the end we got both. Moving house is always going to be a stressful process, but none of the stress in this instance was caused by Ashfords. They knew what they were doing and they did it quickly; they communicated with us so we knew what was happening and when. Obviously it's a big company and we only dealt with one department (conveyancing), so can't comment on any other services they might offer, but no qualms whatsoever with Ashfords for house sale matters.

We cannot fault the service we had from Ashfords for the sale and purchase of our property’s. Charlotte and Jodie are a great team and made the whole process very stress free. Communication was amazing, we always had a reply within the hour. We have already recommended them to our friends and family. Thank you to you both for all your hard work!!
