I am really grateful to the team at Ashton's - from Receptionists through to senior solicitor - for the care and attention that they paid about the matter they helped me with. It involved a short turnaround and they responded with speed and thoroughness, and with patience and reassurance to my nervous questions! Ashtons is very trustworthy and reliable. I needed quick advice with a strict budget and was very satisfied. Have been trying to contact numerous times since may, get fobbed off with a ‘will get someone to call you back’ still owed money from July time with no answer why. Need to find how to make a complaint now. Not acceptable

Michael Frape of Ashtons Legal provided excellent service in handling a professional negligence claim for me. The claim was very important to me, and Michael did a highly diligent and thorough job of putting together and pursuing the initial stages of the claim, with the appropriate level of attention to detail, always dealing with the case personally. Michael adapted his fees to reflect the nature and size of the case. Michael was then forced to relinquish the case on grounds of the economics, but he gave time in completing the final stage before the handover to my new solicitor and did everything he could to ensure that went smoothly. Eventually a settlement of the case was obtained and I will always be grateful for Ashtons Legal's part in this.
