Appalling service, if I could give them zero stars I would. I’m using them for conveyancing for the purchase of a property and we’ve been in this process for 4 months now with essentially no updates, emails and phone calls are systematically ignored, we do not know where we are with the transaction, which at this point might fall through due to the chronic lack of responsiveness, they simply don’t care. If anyone from Aticus Law reads the reviews I would appreciate them getting in touch asap re my case, otherwise expect more complaints, negative reviews and social media escalations.

Grace and the team were professional and thorough throughout the process of my claim. I was kept constantly informed through emails of the situation and how it had developed and what I needed to do next regularly. Emails that I sent were responded within a day two days maximum. All instructions were clear, straightforward and easy to understand which made finding information to send back, also easy to find. I would consider using this firm again without hesitation. I joined a group claim after the company I worked for went into insolvency and we all lost our jobs overnight. I cannot fault the service provided by Aticus Law, especially Grace. She was very attentive, we got prompt updates and realistic estimates of the timeframes. The process was lengthy, at no fault of Aticus Law’s, but the final payment was sent very quickly. I would definitely recommend this company.
