Recently sold a property using ATM, nothing short of abysmal customer service, half way through sale doubled the quote for work as hadn’t realised my property was a 50/50 shared ownership so final bill 1,400£. Was told on numerous occasions to contact the housing association involved myself regarding queries, what was I paying them for, documents sent to wrong address on a few occasions. Dealt with a number of different staff members over the period of time it took to complete the sale as previous members of staff had left!! This for me in itself says a lot, high staff turn over is not a good sign !! Finally completion day came and all the settlement figures were incorrect and once again I was told to contact the housing association if I wasn’t satisfied, I did this to be told my solicitor had interpreted the figures wrong!!!! No apologies from the solicitor and settlement went from 5k to nearly double!! I wonder who would have benefited from the other half if I hadn’t of questioned the amount and how long I would have been fighting to get the full amount owed to me!! I have bought and sold 6 houses in my life and never had such poor, unprofessional service from a solicitor.

I would like to tell everyone that I never seen a solicitor like Rizwan in past 12 years in Uk . I was totally helpless with his help I got my own indefinite after my indefinite I file case for my brother so my brother also got EEA extended family permit last month now he is doing my parents application . myself and all my friends circle who knows him they all fully satisfied with Rizwan legal services he is the best in doing paperwork & grounds for appeals. highly recommended law firm specially Rizwan Yaseen for immigration matters.
