Lindsey and the team at Atterbury Payne have been brilliant at helping us on several occasions notarising documents. They are professional, helpful, friendly and reply to queries quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them.

I needed to update my Will as I now have 2 baby granddaughters and wanted to leave them something in the future. Lindsey and Hannah made the whole process very easy, everything online and I was able to make changes to it. I decided to sign in person (could have done it online but preferred a proper pen in my hand) - which was also easy. Very happy to recommend their services!

Atterbury Payne was recommended to me by a friend. They were very efficient and so supportive at a really difficult time. My initial consultation with Lyndsey was amazing - she made my feel relaxed and listened and advised according to my specific needs. She gave me options and explained the process of probate in an easily understandable way. Lyndsey and her colleague even came to meet us In person at my late mothers house to finalise details and collect all the documentation. The team at Atterbury Payne were really helpful whenever I rang with regards to any additional questions, and were very professional and prompt in their responses. I will always be eternally grateful for all the advice and support they gave us at that time. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Took months to get an update on our mothers case, during which we had zero response. It was only after forcing an appointment did we get some communication, which was minimal and vague. Was told they’d also apply for NHS continuing care but this was never addressed. Felt very much sidelined. I get the impression they are only interested in more “lucrative” cases. Would not recommend.
