We recently purchased a property in the south side of Glasgow with excellent legal assistance from Austin Lafferty's Giffnock office. Full marks to Hugh Campbell and his colleagues for undertaking the conveyancing and concluding the formalities on our behalf skillfully and efficiently. After a couple of not so good experiences with other legal firms Austin Lafferty were outstanding in their knowledge, courtesy and communication throughout the process. We would have no hesitation in using this firm again. It is indeed re-assuring to have a top class local legal firm.

Austin & Lafferty solicitors recently assisted my wife and I when buying our first property. Really clear and concise communication from start to finish. Made us feel at ease throughout the entire process. Our first potential buy fell through, which was no fault of our own but A&L continued to assist us until we finally secured a property. We used Austin Lafferty at Fenwick Road to sell our flat and buy our new house. An incredibly professional service with excellent communication throughout. Michelle and Lynda were incredibly helpful and as first time sellers were happy to explain the process and any queries we had. I called in to the Austin Lafferty office in Giffnock today to make an appointment to notarise my ‘proof of life’ pension certificate after I was unable to make contact by phone. I was welcomed with a smile and, since I had the paperwork with me to explain my request and am in a wheelchair, they kindly did it there and then to save me a second visit.
