Exceptional family law Solicitors. Sarah was well informed on the law and explained the options available to us very clearly and patiently. She readily understood the issues we faced quickly and with empathy. She handled follow up correspondence promptly and efficiently. Disappointing Experience with Avery Naylor solicitors. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Lucy Jones. Despite our explicit instructions, they repeatedly got our children's names wrong, demonstrating a alarming lack of attention to detail. Communication was also severely lacking. Emails were sent at inconvenient hours, and responses to our queries were consistently delayed or nonexistent. We were misled about the progress of our case, and when I requested an update, I was shocked to be told that our relationship had broken down and it was best to end our relationship with the firm. This level of incompetence and insensitivity is unacceptable, especially when dealing with sensitive family matters. I would strongly advise against using Avery Naylor solicitors. # Rating: 1/5, if could would put 0.

Without any hesitation I would use this Solicitors again in particular Katie Mainwaring who handled our case impeccably. Katie answered my many questions promptly and professionally always putting my mind at ease.
