As a first time buyer, and someone who had to go through different Solicitors due to Lender Panels. I am firmly satisfied with Umar, Nargis and their team. Despite the fact that our first attempt on a different property was nearly completed but fell through, Awan Legal Associates promptly assisted us with our second attempt and have now completed it for us. Although they are running a business but at no point did they make me feel that it is about money, which was extra ordinary. I can surely recommend them and would defo come back to them. Thank you Umar, Nargis and the rest of the Team.

Brilliant service from the team at Awan Legal Associates! Helped me get my property purchase over the line just before the stamp duty increase. I had already spoken to two other legal advisors and they had already told me that they didn’t feel I had a strong case but I fault that they were not interested in taking my case further. Anyway I decided to contact this firm based on the reviews. Initially I spoke to a young woman and gave her all the facts and told her that I have already been told that I would not be successful. I was told by her that I had a “strong” case and that they could certainly help me. I went along to visit the office and money was taken immediately before any work was done. I presenting the paperwork to the young lady to read and she said there is nothing she can do! I felt mislead and robbed of my money and taken advantage of. But this is how some businesses make their money from desperate people in desperate situations. Anyway god bless them. Hope they are getting rich.
