We chose Awdry Law simply because when i spoke to them, Madison Stormes-Martino informed us of the up and coming stamp duty which we had totally overlooked. Our solicitor was Lauren Scott. Between them we managed to complete within our timeline and dealt with our questions in a prompt and friendly manner. The app was amazing to see the progress of our purchase at any time. These two ladies made a stressful time so easy and was an absolute pleasure to deal with, we would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a solicitor who is so quick to respond, efficient and helpful, and we would certainly use them again.

Adam came highly recommended from the estate agent and letting agent that we were working with for our most recent buy to let.
