Mr Simon Bailey and his partner Ms Kerendeep Garcha and Sandra Kirby at the firm dealt with my matter right from the Magistrates to the Crown Court with total Professionalism! I was advised and supported every step of the way, right from Mr Bailey answering his mobile phone out of office hours when I needed advice to a supported chat! The outcome of my case was that it was dropped, and the CPS offered no further evidence even before it got to the trial stage, this was due to a strong defence arranged by Simon and Kerendeep and finding the best barrister from renowned London chambers (23es) that the firm had used before many times! With over 30 years of legal experience Mr Bailey is the Solicitor to contact if you require legal representation in a court of law! I am appalled and shocked to read a few negative comments in the review section about this firm who not only offer legal expertise but their time out of office hours( YOU WON'T GET THAT WITH ANOTHER FIRM).

I’ve used Bailey Garcha Solicitors for years and have always received an excellent service. Communication is good throughout, and the way they handle themselves in court is very professional and confident. You can tell they are experienced and know exactly what they’re doing. I would definitely recommend them.

Extremely Poor Experience I had a deeply disappointing experience with this firm. Throughout a very serious workplace allegation case, I felt completely unsupported. I repeatedly called to ask whether I needed to prepare anything, gather evidence, or provide witnesses, and every time I was told there was nothing I needed to do. I received no guidance or direction at all. Over the course of three years, I had only one meeting with the solicitor originally assigned to my case. After that, there was no communication whatsoever—no updates, no check-ins, nothing. When the trial date finally arrived, that solicitor didn’t even attend. Instead, someone completely new showed up and began trying to collect basic facts on the day, information that should have been gathered long before. One of the hearings was even more concerning: the lawyer arrived late and without the proper professional attire, turning up in just a suit and forgetting the required cap. It gave me zero confidence in their professionalism or preparation. Based on my experience, the handling of my case felt disorganised, unprofessional, and careless. I would not recommend this firm to anyone. My honest opinion is that you might be better off representing yourself than relying on representation that offers no communication, no preparation, and no real support.

Utterly Disgraceful Handling of My Son’s Case I am writing as a parent on behalf of my son, whose case was handled by this firm in a manner that was profoundly disappointing and distressing. This was a serious workplace allegation with significant consequences for his future, yet at no stage was my son properly guided or supported. There was no attempt to help him understand the dynamics of the workplace, the process he was facing, or how to prepare himself as a defendant. Throughout the case, my son repeatedly contacted the firm to ask whether he needed to prepare statements, gather evidence, or identify witnesses. Each time, he was told there was nothing he needed to do. No guidance, no strategy, and no preparation were ever provided. As a parent watching this unfold, it was alarming to see him left completely in the dark during such a critical matter. Over a period of three years, my son had only one meeting with the solicitor originally assigned to his case. After that, communication ceased entirely. There were no updates, no progress reports, and no meaningful engagement. When the trial date finally arrived, that solicitor did not even attend. Instead, a lawyer unfamiliar with the case appeared and began attempting to gather basic facts on the day of the hearing—information that should have been thoroughly prepared long in advance. One particular hearing was especially concerning. The lawyer arrived late and without the required professional court attire, appearing in only a suit and having forgotten the mandatory cap. This lack of preparation and professionalism was shocking and reflected a complete disregard for both the court and my son’s case. The handling of my son’s matter was disorganised, careless, and unprofessional from start to finish. There was no effort to prepare him, no attempt to explain workplace dynamics, and no meaningful advocacy on his behalf. As a parent, it was devastating to watch my son navigate such a serious process without proper representation or support. I would not recommend this firm under any circumstances. Based on what my son endured, it is difficult to imagine a worse level of legal representation. Quite frankly, he may have been better off representing himself than relying on a firm that offered no communication, no preparation, and no commitment to its client.

My experience with this firm was disappointing due to the judgmental system, which I found to be unfairly uneven." Accusing someone of something they didn't do what a hypocritical Way of doing things.Imagine sitting in your living room ,smiling after doing something so detrimental.
