At first i was a bit dubious, as things seemed to take a while to proceed, ie appointments and so forth. But i take responsibility for some of that. then my case was handled by someone else, i must say that from that point forward, my case proceeded so fast it was exciting. my case was settled in the first instance, for an amount i was more than happy with and i believe if i would of taken the advice from Baker & Coleman solicitors i could of received more. my experience with Baker & Coleman has been nothing but great and i totally recommend them with all honesty.

I cannot thank Kathryn enough for all of her help and support throughout my journey. She has been quick and efficient on getting things done and the correspondence has just been fantastic. Constant updates and keeping me in the loop I highly recommend Baker and Coleman to anyone who needs anything done through a solicitor.

Luke witter- My hearing claim is currently at the 2.5 year point since first opening the claim At the start, I attended all the appointments and sent of all required forms as soon as they was asked of me this seemed to be running okay(still dragging its heels but I understood the process will take time) I now feel like I am at a complete standstill with no further information being given to me, I get a generic text message sent to me once a month repeating the same message saying waiting for an answer from the MOD. I have researched the average claim time for a generic case like myself and it says 12-18 months for a hearing claim with the MOD and some other companies seem to be achieving this The staff I have spoke to have been polite but with no real answers for me My review is currently at 3 stars however with the time ticking on even longer I will update this review accordingly

The process up to the present time has been excellent with no issues or hitches , My claim has been dealt with promptly and professionally , the team keep you informed of progress and contact you if they need any additional information. My claim has now gone off for consideration and i will update this review on completion. As of this time a five star experience from all of the team.

Lucy has been my case handler and keeps me updated regularly regarding my claim. My timeline has been clearly explained to me. Working with Baker Coleman has been a pleasure. I look forward to it all drawing to a conclusion now, which no doubt my case handler Lucy will be striving for its completion! All in all I can’t recommend highly enough!
