Luke witter- My hearing claim is currently at the 2.5 year point since first opening the claim At the start, I attended all the appointments and sent of all required forms as soon as they was asked of me this seemed to be running okay(still dragging its heels but I understood the process will take time) I now feel like I am at a complete standstill with no further information being given to me, I get a generic text message sent to me once a month repeating the same message saying waiting for an answer from the MOD. I have researched the average claim time for a generic case like myself and it says 12-18 months for a hearing claim with the MOD and some other companies seem to be achieving this The staff I have spoke to have been polite but with no real answers for me My review is currently at 3 stars however with the time ticking on even longer I will update this review accordingly Update- claim now settled and happy with the amount, and the staff have always been friendly. It took a little bit of mothering towards the end to get it over the line MOD side As a whole I would say on average be prepared to wait between 2-3 years for a payout. Thanks for sorting

My case is as yet unresolved, however I can confirm that this Legal Company and in particular, Maariya Patel has dealt with my claim for Industrial deafness compensation completely to my satisfaction so far. I have been informed at regular intervals of its progress and expect a successful conclusion in due course.
