Reviews
I’ve had a great experience with this baker and Coleman solicitors ! Georgia was helpful when I needed support, guiding me through the process with patience and care. Their team was responsive, professional, and genuinely made the situation much easier. I’m really grateful for their support and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable coverage and great customer service.
Baker & Coleman Solicitors have expedited my claim very effectively, I now await the outcome in due course. I have been kept up to date throughout and the company has been transparent in all it's dealings with me and outside agencies involved with my case. If you need a Solicitors firm for whatever reason, then I highly recommend Baker & Coleman.
Can only rate 4 stars so far as claim is still progressing. However I've been kept suitably updated over the last 20 months or so of my MOD hearing claim. Will be happy to provide 5 stars once the case comes to a conclusion.
Only 1 star due to the length of time my military deafness claim is taking (2 years next month). Very little contact/updates in the first 15 months. I have had to request my military records (apparently, it's quicker if I do it). I'm still left with no answer as to what is happening with my claim. I would definitely NOT recommend using this company for a military deafness claim!
Amended review. So after this review had a phone call from Rebecca, which to say the least was incredibly helpful. She’s explained everything for me and that basically the MOD is making a right mess of everything regarding the claims system. She also explained that due the time they can now give the MOD 30 days notice to summons to court. Which most definitely sounds like they are try to push for a pay out and things are moving in the right direction. So thanks a lot a lot Rebecca for the chat we had today. So placed a hearing claim with this company 2 years ago and honestly just feel like I’m going around in circles. Was waiting ages for a telephone consultation which I ended up booking my self which took about 30 seconds once I found out the company name. Then was told by my case handler that my case had been sent to the MOD which was September last year but was sent back due to needing my medical and personal records which is taking absolutely ages and the dead line has been extended twice by the MOD. 2 things with this. In a case like this if their is even a 1% chance of the MOD asking for the records why on earth wasn’t this done on literally the first day of my claim being filed? Secondly Iv been told that my case was escalated to a supervisor, due to the deadline being extended, at what point do you turn around and say look this is taking far to long either send the records or pay out? It is clearly a tactic used by the MOD? Had a phone call today to tell me the deadline for my records has been extended yet again! Surely you as solicitors had some power to tell the MOD to hurry up or like said before pay out. Because honestly this is getting ridiculous. This claim will be coming into its 3rd year soon.
