Lucy has been my case handler and keeps me updated regularly regarding my claim. My timeline has been clearly explained to me. Working with Baker Coleman has been a pleasure. The process up to the present time has been excellent with no issues or hitches , My claim has been dealt with promptly and professionally , the team keep you informed of progress and contact you if they need any additional information. My claim has now gone off for consideration and i will update this review on completion. As of this time a five star experience from all of the team.

Anybody seeking a hearing loss claim against the MOD should look elsewhere. I have now been waiting 9 months for a telephone assessment after I did my hearing test. I recommended this firm at the beginning to other veterans, as things were going smoothly, All have somehow passed me in the process. I have emailed several times and all I get is "it'll be soon" or "I've put you on the priority list". Still nothing. My friend started his claim 2 weeks before mine, with another firm, and has just had a successful outcome. I'm nowhere near even get my case submitted..... Please do your research and find an alternative! Just to add an update, I'm now nearly two years in, but still no medical info submitted, and I've just been asked to submit info on military service. (Thought this may have been done sooner, but I'm not a legal eagle) Seriously, save your time and look at companies and groups that are more time efficient.

Military hearing claim - signed contract with BC in Sept 2021 received payment March 2025. It’s a waiting game which I tried not to think about. Staff were polite and responded to emails when I asked for updates, I received about 30% of the highest amount we were aiming for. There fee is approximately around 25 / 30 % if I remember correctly. Overall happy despite the long wait.

Having been referred just over 3 years ago I instantly felt this was the company for me to best represent me. Having served 24 years in the military I left down graded due to my hearing, I felt a little let down noting my time served both on operations and exercises. Manny, Rebecca, and Hollie have been nothing but professional and have guided me all the way through the process. I would highley recommend them to anyone veteran who is looking to seek compensation. I will say this you must trust the process, the people, the team at baker and Coleman who have handled my case have been outstanding. I have ex colleagues who have also gone through the process but have in my mind dealt to early, I get some people will feel the frustration of the time they have to wait, but I believe this is a tactic by the MOD to settle early. Under the guidance from the team I was advised at each step when to settle.
