My experience changed completely for the better once my file was transferred to Tim Steer at Baker Hardman Solicitors (it was previously with The Injury Solicitor in Manchester). Tim was incredibly compassionate and understanding. He kept me updated throughout, responded promptly to every email, and explained everything clearly, no question was ever too much trouble. My case was a lengthy one, and Tim always made me feel heard. He considered my feelings at every stage of the process and even listened to my rants when things felt overwhelming. This was a complex case, but Tim talked me through every step so I never felt in the dark. Tim, you are excellent at your job. At the start of my case I felt hopeless until Kavita Khanna took over. It was the first time I felt heard and seen in the midst of all the chaos, not only did my case progress rapidly but she kept her promise of getting a final decision. I felt the passion in her work by the constant updates whether big or small via phone and email. She kept me well informed throughout the entire process and all the available options I had through each stage of the case. The claim process was a lengthy one and communications were limited, however two years down the line the funds have been received. Just remember to take note of the Terms regarding fees deducted from the final compensation claim. Not sure how this Company compares to others as have never been involved in a claim before, but in the end they got the desired result.
