Samantha Castle handled my personal injury claim against an old employer after a workplace injury. She was outstanding - extremely knowledgeable and professional. I absolutely could not have achieved the resolution I achieved without her. Although my employed accepted liability immediately, it still took 3 years to reach a settlement - this is 1 year quicker than the national average. Without Samantha’s support throughout this time, I would have given up and simply not bothered. She kept me updated and was totally transparent about costs. She comes across as highly ethical and honest and is a straight talker so you know exactly where you stand. I am so grateful to Samantha and would not hesitate to recommend her. Worth absolutely every penny (and her fee was capped, so totally reasonable).

Were I able to give 10 stars, I most certainly would. The team at B+K,and in particular Richard Harries went above and beyond to achieve a life changing result for me. Richard is tenacious, professional and caring. He is an excellent advocate and has become a friend as well as our Solicitor. I cannot praise them enough!!
