Our recent property Sale & Purchase was handled by Robert Dawson, and overall we were very happy with the service that he provided. Compared to our previous experiences with other solicitors, Robert was excellent. He made the process as smooth and stress free as possible and he seems to really understand how to get the job done correctly and efficiently. All of our communication with Robert was via Email, and this suited me fine, you don't have to worry about missing calls, you have a full record of everything, you can refer back to any details you need, works perfectly for buying & selling property as far as I'm concerned. Recently sold my mum’s house, which is 100 miles away from where I live. B&P made it so easy and kept me informed with very simple to follow emails. The whole process was conducted by email and posting of documents. Never had the travel to their office. Robert Dawson dealt with the whole process speedily and efficiently. Highly recommended. I recently entrusted Robert with both the sale and purchase of my home, and although I’ve always relied on my trusted solicitors—highly regarded as a reliable firm in Hoddesdon—Robert’s service went above and beyond, completely surpassing all expectations. Robert truly outshines the competition. If you’re ever recommended a solicitor in Hoddesdon, I strongly urge you to consider Robert instead. He leaves the others in the shade. I firmly believe in the saying, “You get what you pay for.” My past experiences with cheaper firms offering rock-bottom prices often led to frustrating complications and unexpected costs. Even my usual solicitors, who charge fees similar to Barnes & Partners, have always been slow to respond and nowhere near as proactive as Robert.
