I have emailed Riya the paraplanner a few times now regarding an ongoing case and my emails are always ignored. The previous communication i had regarding the same matter with a solicitor was a very slow response. The customer service here is unacceptable, I appreciate they are busy but i have waited over 2 weeks and still no response.

I can highly recommend George Behiri at Barr Ellison who has been extremely helpful over the last few months drawing up new leases on behalf of my very elderly parents. Tim Metcalfe Is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever come across, he doesn’t answer emails or phone calls , when he does email he says he will get back to you by a certain date? He never does , I end up chasing him to futher be ignored. He’s a liability to deal with and will cost you time, money and effort not needed if he was had any professional approach let alone was customer focused , customer centred and even courteous word Don’t use Barr Ellison then will cost you time and Money
