Barton Law

We wanted a specialist solicitor for our unique circumstances and were recommended to Barton Law, 220 miles away. Hesitant but went with it and so glad we did. Everything is so complicated and confusing these days, but Andrew never faltered. He was calm under extreme pressure, guiding us through very choppy waters. Not going to lie, moving home was painful, emotionally, mentally and physically. Andrew kept us sane. Excellent at what they do.

I would recommend Barton law to anyone taking equity release. They have been very helpful, keeping me informed of everything going on and the speed in which my equity release has been completed. Thanks 👍 so much

Buyers solicitor... Awful. Little to no communication. Chasing us and our solicitor when they haven't even got a signed seller's contract on file and lied about having it. Have made the whole experience of buying and moving stressful and worrisome. Should have exchanged over a week ago (still not done). Everything seems to be done "Dreckley" down there.

Peter Barton helped with my recent Equity Release Package. He explained everything clearly. I never felt rushed His co workers were helpful and kept me up to date with every aspect of the process I felt at ease and I am completely happy with the whole experience Thank you

Barton Law was recommended to me. It seemed strange to be in Sussex, selecting a solicitor from Exeter but I need not have been concerned because from the first phone call I received the individual attention and clear advice I sought and was delighted that a solicitor came to my home to work with me. I have felt supported, valued and informed throughout the process and applaud how this company operates. What an impressive team! Thank you!
