I had a terrible experience with Bassi Solicitors. Their customer service is absolutely awful. I went to their office on a Saturday at 11 a.m., within their advertised opening hours of 1 p.m., only to find the staff inside with the shutter down. They didn't even bother to open the door. To make matters worse, I had called them a week before, and they assured me that they were open until 1 p.m. when I asked about Saturday hours. When I called their so-called "emergency number," no one answered. This level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service is completely unacceptable. Would not recommend.

I got my sponsor declaration from here. Customer service is okay. The reception area is a bit weird not welcoming it’s like you’re a criminal. Might be because it’s based on soho road lol .Not seen a Solictor reception like that before though. Not sure why the lady took my son’s name and didn’t put it on the declaration. Felt like she was being a bit noisy when I never saw her for the sponsor. Anyway overall not bad place

Came today about housing dispute and the solicitor had given the best advice. I don't know what the bad reviews are about but they have been very helpful and knowledgeable what there talking about. Thankyou

The experience that I had was extremely outstanding. Mehnoor and her boss took the time out to listen to me keenly. They focus on meeting my needs with great customer service. I could never be happier with the service they provide. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. Winsome.

Great solicitors who really care about their clients, and go the extra mile for you. They can be busy, which is a good sign that they are popular for a reason. If you care about the outcome, and want the best chance this is the place.
