I want to personally thank Lyn Farkas and Bate Albon for their incredible assistance in dealing with the highly complex sale of my property. I do not think I have ever come across a more determined, diligent and honestly professional solicitor than Lyn. She took on a simple sale and ended up dealing with unknown complexities time and time again. She didn’t walk away, she patiently found ways to ensure this sale went through whilst maintaining communication at all times which reassured both seller and buyer. Lyn maintained a calm presence whilst ensuring everything was dealt with efficiently. I don’t think anyone else could have done more in a very difficult market.. I am truly grateful. I cannot recommend Lyn Farkas more highly!

We recently moved house and had the lovely Karen to do our buying and selling conveyancing for us - she was incredible! So efficient and fast, I was amazed at how quick it was all completed and she was so lovely to communicate with, the team were always so kind if we needed to go to the office also. Have had previously bad experiences so .... Very highly recommend!

We hired Bate & Albon to do a statutory lease extension on our flat. Kim Halford-House handled the process and we were very pleased with the service and final outcome. The fees were very reasonable and the billing process was transparent. Kim was extremely professional throughout; she communicated well, explaining our options and various points of law and process clearly. She was also very prompt when replying to our queries.
