We recently moved house and had the lovely Karen to do our buying and selling conveyancing for us - she was incredible! So efficient and fast, I was amazed at how quick it was all completed and she was so lovely to communicate with, the team were always so kind if we needed to go to the office also. Have had previously bad experiences so .... Very highly recommend!

We hired Bate & Albon to do a statutory lease extension on our flat. Kim Halford-House handled the process and we were very pleased with the service and final outcome. The fees were very reasonable and the billing process was transparent. Kim was extremely professional throughout; she communicated well, explaining our options and various points of law and process clearly. She was also very prompt when replying to our queries.

Alina at Bate & Albon has been immensely helpful in dealing with a problematic tenant in breach of several covenants in his lease causing problems to others. Alina was attentive and listened to our account of the problem and thoroughly examined available documentation and gave clear, decisive advice on her recommended way forward for us and how that advice would be implemented and followed up, if accepted by us. Potential costs were also made clear. Throughout the entire process, Alina monitored our tenants action and followed up clearly with reminders and measurable requirements to assist our tenant in taking acceptable corrective action. The situation was accordingly acceptably addressed by our tenant and removed a lot of stress. We have been thoroughly pleased and satisfied with Bate & Albon, particularly Alina, throughout the whole process.
