We used Battrick Clark for the sale and purchase of our new property and Emma was fantastic. There were multiple issues with the buyers solicitors and she helped keep things moving every step of the way. Keeping the stress levels down was especially important as I am pregnant and was continually concerned for our move date. She was able to get us in before the due date and was ready to answer all our questions. Thank you for everything. Would highly reccommend.

We received exceptional service from Battrick Clark Solicitors, in special Ms Andrea Jefferies. She was always very professional, yet patient and supportive. Always prompt on responding to our queries and kept us updated all the way. The service has been exemplary. Selling an old victorian home - with long written covenants and shared rights of way - it would seem to be a complicated process, yet she provided great advice which made the sale quick and smooth. Ms Jefferies is very efficient and knowledgeable and we higly recommend her.

Battrick Clark and specifically Emma Brokenbrow were brilliant. We were first time buyers and very worried about the house buying process, the last thing we wanted was to also worry about our solicitors/conveyancers. Thankfully Emma took on our purchase and made the entire process as easy as it could be. Emma was solution focused, quick with responses and very clear in her advice. If you are trying to navigate the house buying process and choose between a conveyancer as well, I would recommended Battrick Clark to anyone.

Had an excellent experience with Battrick Clark when buying a home. I always hear horror stories about solicitors from my friends who have bought houses, but we had such an easy experience. They were so communicative and on it will everything that needed to be done. Made it stress free for us. Highly recommend! In particular, shout out to Ashleigh and Natasha who were amazing.
