My husband and I used BBS law solicitors when buying our house this May. Matthew Owen really helped to speed up the process and was in constant contact with ourselves and the seller’s solicitor. He was a friendly and professional individual who was quick to respond to and sort any queries we had. Nothing was too much trouble for him to help us sort. Thank you very much we are now in our family home because of you and we were very happy with this service.

I have dealt with BBS Law on two occasions, one an equity transfer on a property and the other, was a full conveyancing service on a different property. On both occasions, these cases were completed by Matthew Owen. Matthew was excellent throughout, very informative and thorough, I felt completely safe in the process and reassured that he was always pushing through the transactions in the background. This was always my main source of frustration when dealing with other firms on similar cases, I would always find myself chasing updates and trying to force the action. However, this was certainly not the case with Matthew. Which was refreshing and showed in the results, as the actual turnaround times to completion were a fraction of what I have known in the past with other outfits. I cannot stress enough how impressed I was with the timescales he achieved. I am really pleased we made the decision to engage BSS Law and that Matthew took us through the proceedings and took the best care of our interests. I would (and have) highly recommend BBS Law and Matthew.

I dealt with Matthew Owen and was very impressed with his professionalism and integrity. He always did what he said he would do and kept me updated throughout the whole process, keeping it as stress free as possible for me. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Matthew Owen is incredibly slow to respond to my solicitor and he's not efficient whatsoever to the point where he's incompetent. He's slowing the process unnecessarily for no valid reason. Do not use this solicitor, he's not fit to do the job. EDIT: 02/10/24 As soon as I received a response from the firm, there are 5 x five star reviews in ONE DAY praising the aforementioned solicitor. Surely fake reviews?

We have just completed a complex transaction for the refinance of a family owned mixed use commercial building in the midlands. Due to the nature of the asset, the transaction was complex with 7 sets of Solicitors involved. Leona Ho of BBS Law was the lead Solicitor in the transaction and I have no doubt that without her understanding, hard work, and professionalism this transaction would not have completed. 5 stars well deserved BBS!
