It is now nearly 10 years since our purchase for property in Morocco went south. Despite bank guarantees and a promise for repayment of our monies, that was brokered by your branch in Spain not fulfilled to date. We have since this agreement, been chasing your Marbella Branch in Spain, We have contacted your Head office and the head at the Marbella office. No reply recieved. Our legal representative in Marbella, Spain continues to avoid us, the Assistant gives very little information, and the saga continues. We are at a standstill, hundreds of emails with no respons, phone calls which remain unanswered. To this day we are still waiting for a meaningful response, never mind a conclusion.
