Saira was very helpful and reassuring during my initial phone call. She took the time to understand what I was trying to say as my dental knowledge is very vague. Saira listened to my whole experience and was extremely understanding throughout the call. She was very professional, and honest and provided the best advice. Saira managed my case through to a settlement offer. She handled my case very efficiently, and the advice and communication were great. Would 100% recommend this firm! Bell Lax has been a great help to me in perusing legal matters regarding a contentious probate. My gratitude & many thanks to Liz Tolmie ….who guided me through an arduous process & was always on hand when the going got tough, her advice, work ethic, attention to detail & her personal support helped me through …if she was in meetings or not able to contact me her assistant Ben would make sure all was well in any aspect that was outstanding & assure me with back up until such times as the situation was resolved. I was recommended to use Bell Lax for a personal injury claim by a friend who works in law because of their caring, personable approach to dealing with clients. Whilst my claim seemed quite complicated and it was a lengthy process, I can say that all the staff were indeed sympathetic to my case and were always just a phone call away to help explain anything to me, and they kept me updated whenever any progress was made. They also put in lots of effort arranging medical appointments for me to ensure that all bases were covered and to make sure my claim was as strong as possible, which I am thankful for as I have some peace of mind that my recovery is okay!!
