Extremely impressed with their conveyancing solicitor (Amy Williams) who pulled the buyers tardy solicitors through the whole process! Did the basics well (acknowledged emails, responded within 48hrs calling in person to explain things and returned calls each day) and drove things along taking the initiative to chase. I’m no expect to comment, but seemed to have a eye for the technical detail which is reassuring - we ended up with three separate indemnity (insurance) policies for issues that had all been over looked previously, providing security for issues that might pop up in the future. I shopped around and they were cheaper than other more local to them and comparable to others if their size and experience ie a firm not 1man bands. So glad Amy got us in to our new house (with a garden!) before CoVid lockdown.
